\n I'm the director, chief instructor & coach for STC\u00b2.  An experienced officer with more than 20 years in the Belgian Armed Forces, infantry branch. I have conducted military missions in Afghanistan and Mali and have followed several military courses abroad (Switzerland, NATO-school,...).<\/span>\n \n
As a former tactical instructor, small arms instructor, Concept&Development officer for Land Forces training capabilities and at current as the leading Subject Matter Expert for all Small Arms aspects within the Armed Forces, I have developed an extensive knowledge and experience<\/span> in how to develop and implement an operational capability<\/span> at the individual level, as well as for small units.
